UPDATE: Oct 6, 2022. My store has been reinstated after months of inactivity. Behind the scenes, I have been selling leftover stock locally at lower prices to help with debts we've incurred due to me having no income ever since Etsy closed my store last May 2022.

It came to a point that I would get sever panic attacks at the sight of any Etsy notifs or store emails, so my partner made me stay away from it until I'm in a much better headspace to deal with everything,

At the moment, I'm slowly picking myself back up after this huge mess and sorting things out. I will be getting back to working on unfulfilled orders eventually.

For those who haven't received their orders at all, feel free to ask refund directly from Etsy and state that I have not been in contact since May 10, 2022.

Shipping notes

Metro Manila has been under quarantine since Mar 15, 2020 until this writing (Jun 10, 2021). Our post office still cannot ship to some countries, so Lilium has no choice but to use the only available couriers.

Regular Mail via post office: Most countries
Postal via PostNord: Rest of the world
DHL Express: Worldwide in 3-5 business days

Orders from countries the post office can't ship to will be shipped via PostNord

Transit time is usually 10-15 working days but because of delays caused by the pandemic, transit time may take up to 25-30 working days depending on your country's available postal service.

Regular Mail: ships twice a month every Thursday
Premium Postal: ships every batch of 5 packages
DHL Express: ships weekly or as needed

My tracking number isn't working, what should I do?

Sometimes tracking numbers aren't updated as often as they should. I've consulted with the staff of my local post office and they said this is usually because of slower logistics due to the lack of staff during the pandemic.

There are times that the tracking numbers works after a day or so, but there are also times the tracking would only reflect updates when they're already in the destination country.

eg. I ship a package to USA on Monday, tracking doesn't reflect status until after 2 Fridays when the package is already in the USA

Previous orders experienced the same dilemma, but their packages did arrive around the estimated transit time. Delays would depend on your local community's travel and parcel restrictions.

What to do if my package never arrived? pt. 1

Because of Covid-19, many are suffering due to delays in postal service around the world. Many countries still have restrictions for parcel acceptance so patience is truly needed in this time.

Packages that usually take 15-20 working days to arrive have recently been taking up to 25-30 working days to be delivered.

* working days do not include weekends and local holidays

It may take longer than that depending on where you live and when you order items, so consider whether to buy during peak season or holiday rush.

All shipments have tracking numbers. If your order hasn't arrived yet, check your tracking. You may check with your local post office if it's already there by giving them the tracking number.

What to do if my package never arrived? pt. 2

If your local post office still does not have your package, kindly wait a little longer. They might be taking time to sort mail due to being short staffed during a pandemic.

On the event that your package does not arrive in 60 working days after ship out date OR your tracking number isn't working by this time, you are eligible for getting a REPLACEMENT. Just message me.

* ship out date is when you receive the tracking number

Replacement items are FREE. Customers will just pay additional shipping fee of 6 USD, the cheapest option with tracking for packages up to 100g / 4oz in weight.

Expedited shipping via EMS is an available option for 30 USD.

What to do if my package never arrived? pt. 3

If you message me 70 or more working days after your order was shipped out to report that it still has not arrived to you, I will send replacement items for FREE. Replacement items will be sent out via PHLPost Regular Mail and shipping fee will be shouldered by the seller.

Expedited shipping via EMS is an available option for 15 USD.

If your replacement package does not arrive in 30 working days after ship out date OR your tracking number isn't working by this time, you are eligible for getting a REFUND. Just message me.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE VIA ETSY.

Refunds and transactions started within Etsy and moved outside Etsy are not allowed by Etsy TOS.

Shiggy Hands apparel notes

Made to order items include the Shigaraki Hands Shirts and Shorts. This means they are on made-to-order basis, and are printed and shipped out from depending on where you're based (USA, Europe, Australia).

The rest of the items in the store are with me here in the Philippines. If you order the made to order items with any other item, the made to order items will be shipped separately and ahead of time. The rest of the items will be shipped out depending on availability (on-hand items) or the schedule of release (pre-order items).

There is no additional charge for the separate shipments.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available for a fee!

If your packages is marked as a gift but you did not click the gift wrapping option, your order will not be gift wrapped.

You can message me if you have special requests for your gifts!

IMPORTANT: Please be mindful of the store's shipping schedules and if the item you want to purchase is on-hand or pre-orders. Production cannot do rushed orders especially for personalized items and items that take long to produce.
